Spa Treatments
Deep Tissue- This is more focused on muscle knots, or adhesion's, in the deeper layer of the muscle. It utilizes slower movements than Swedish massage to help release the muscle fibers.

Swedish- This is the most common and most widely practiced in clinics, spa’s and gyms. This form of massage uses long slow, string strokes that makes it great for balancing energy and relaxation as well as a stress reduction.
Neuro-muscle therapy- Here, Direct pressure is applied to specific sites where there is muscle pain or discomfort Applying this pressure to trigger points releases the tension being held there.
Shiatsu Massage- Localized pressure is again applied here, usually for 2-8 seconds to aid the flow of energy and to balance the body. It is done using fingers, palms and/or elbows.
Thai Massage- This is a form therapy was passive yoga, Meaning the massage therapist moves and manipulates the body to stretch.
Hot Stone- This technique uses hot stones by placing them on certain points if the body. The heat is to release tension more quickly so the massage therapist can work the muscles or uncomfortable areas sooner. WARNING: Please check with primary care physician is you have a history with high blood pressure, diabetes, heart diseases or take blood thinners.
Pre-Natal Massage- This is a wonderful way of specifically aid relaxation in pregnant women.
Facials- This is essentially a multi-step skin treatment that is one of the best ways to take care of your skin. Facials cleanse, exfoliates, and nourishes the skin, promoting a clear, well-hydrated complexion and can help your skin look younger.
